Losing weight does not mean at all that you have to punish yourself. Nor does it mean that you have to starve yourself. Rather to my understanding it means a fair choice of every thing that contains least calories so that they are not stored in the body as fat.
Some people hesitate to opt a weight loss programme as they think if they opt they have to leave their most wanted food items. For example for a ten year old child if his/her mom make a diet plan she should incorporate in that plan some sugar free deserts or diet candies. As without it the child will go into an unwanted complex.
Like wise the adults which are not very keen of sweets, sometimes they don’t want to go for a diet plan as they cannot quit drinking alcohol. If you belong to the same group, I’m here to solve your problem. What I will do is very simple. I’ll give you some rules of drinking. That is whenever you plan to drink you have to follow below mentioned rules. So that you can successfully achieve the targets set by yourself to loose weight.
Rule # 1
While selecting which one to drink, prefer wine over other beers or liquors
Rule # 2
In the group of beers, always prefer light beer than the normal one
Rule # 3
In the light beer never go for the sweet one, as the sweeter one contains more calories than your body requires in one meal
Rule #4
Try to restrict yourself to one glass of beer
Rule # 5
If possible try to stay away from the alcohol
So go on and enjoy your favorite drink while on diet!
